Here is a peak at what I’ve been up to lately!
First up, I currently have a few slots open for clients seeking Behavior Change Coaching! Now, I know the words “behavior change” can sound daunting, however, I really work with clients to help them set-up bite sized actions they can do incrementally to help them achieve their goals. I help busy and high achieving women create better balance in their lives and prioritize themselves on their to-do list so they can feel their best- mind, body and spirit.
