If you are ready to go on this journey, then I am open and excited to be your coach, advocate, biggest cheerleader and tough-love giver! If you have made the decision that you are ready to grow and approach aging and midlife with confidence AND you are willing to make the financial investment in yourself to achieve what you desire for your life, then I would love to partner with you!

I will help guide you through the steps necessary to help you along your path and grow stronger mentally and physically.  Making this commitment will also require you to put in the time and effort beyond what we will have together to make your desired changes and make them stick, but I will equip you with what you need to be successful!


I specialize in strength (lifting weights) and body weight training.  I heavily rely on the use of your own body weight and free weights. I also aim to keep sessions interesting and different so you won’t expect the same routine each time you train with me. I take the time to listen to you and gradually progress you as you get stronger!


I believe that mindset is the biggest piece of the puzzle when it comes to feeling good and living your best life!  I offer you the opportunity to discuss your current thoughts, patterns and beliefs and examine if they are serving you or detracting from you. Assist you with goal setting and how to make small incremental changes that are sustainable and enjoyable. Provide you with tools and resources to support your efforts on a consistent basis.  In addition to strength training sessions, I offer clients the ability to book complimentary 30-minute stand alone office hours weekly to dig deeper in this area.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Behavior Change Specialist, I provide individual and group personal training. We can train at a gym, your home or outdoors! I have several package options to choose from! SPACE IS LIMITED. Due to Covid-19, I am currently only training clients virtually.


If you are looking to dive solely into mindset and behavior change work without the strength training, then accountability coaching may be for you! We will identify your goals and dive into the challenges and barriers you might be facing in your quest to create lasting lifestyle changes.  These sessions are done virtually over Zoom and ongoing support is provided in between sessions.


If you are looking for some extra accountability as well as savings on personal training, this program may be perfect for you!  If you have a friend or significant other that you would like to workout with, I offer packages and options for you to train together!  In some cases, I may also be able to pair you with someone in your area at a similar fitness level!
