If you are ready to go on this journey, then I am open and excited to be your coach, advocate, biggest cheerleader and tough-love giver! If you have made the decision that you are ready to grow and implement strategies to cultivate habits that enhance your life, give you confidence from the inside out AND you are willing to make the necessary investment in order to do this, then I would love to partner with you!

I will help guide you through the steps necessary to help you along your path and grow stronger mentally and physically.  Making this commitment will also require you to put in the time and effort beyond what we will have together to make your desired changes and make them stick, but I will equip you with what you need to be successful!





As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I provide individual and group personal training. I specialize in strength (lifting weights) and body weight training.  I heavily rely on the use of your own body weight and free weights to help you get stronger and more functional in your daily life. I also aim to keep sessions interesting and different so you won’t expect the same routine each time you train with me in order to keep your body challenged. I take the time to listen to you and gradually progress you as you get stronger!  I have several package options to choose from! Due to Covid-19, I am currently only training clients virtually and space is limited.


If you are looking to dive solely into mindset and behavior change work without strength training, this coaching may be for you! I believe that mindset is the biggest piece of the puzzle when it comes to feeling good and living your best life!  Using my expertise as an ACE Behavior Change Specialist, I assist you with goal setting and how to implement small incremental changes that are sustainable and enjoyable as you work toward attaining your goals.  We look at the bite sized actions that you can take on a daily basis to reduce overwhelm and help work through the personal objections that come up as you move toward building a more aligned and healthy lifestyle (mind, body and spirit). These sessions are done virtually over Zoom and ongoing support is provided in between sessions.


A combination of both personal training and behavior change coaching.
