GUIDED PERSONAL TRAINING – (VIRTUAL)

With this option, I am designing and guiding you through a 60-minute workout. All sessions are conducted via FT or Zoom.  I have several package options to choose from! Through the end of July 2024, I’m offering the option of a la carte training sessions where purchasing a long term package is not required. Sessions must be booked and purchased at least 24-hours in advance of the session.

SELF- PACED PERSONAL TRAINING (AVAILABLE THROUGH JULY 2024)- Workouts designed to meet your individual needs to do on your own. All workouts are loaded (with demos) via the Trainerize app which you can download and use free of charge. You can opt to have 4 or 8 designed workouts per month.
